PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric operating apparatus certainly judging the completion of coagulation regardless of the contact area of an electrode and tissue and capable of preventing the carbonization of tissue and the adhesion of the tissue to the electrode. SOLUTION: At first, a high frequency current for treatment of set output flows to tissue of a living body through an electrode and this current is sent to a control circuit while measured and the change ratio of the current I is measured until the maximum value of the current changes to 90% or less to wait until the change ratio becomes a prescribed value or less and, thereafter, a current maximum value Imax is compared with a values 0.7A and 0.3A set corresponding to a reference area size of treatment and the set output is altered corresponding to the comparison result to judge whether the current I changes to the current value corresponding to that at a time of the completion of coagulation to perform alteration reducing the set output to certainly judge the completion of coagulation regardless of the contact area of the electrode and tissue. |
