<p>PURPOSE: A method for vacuum ventilating a sewage disposal tank without stirring is provided which supplies micro fine bubbles of a low pressure which have a long retention time in a sludge material by guiding the air to an expansion chamber, and then from the chamber to a sludge. CONSTITUTION: The method for ventilating a sludge comprises the steps of distributing pressure reduced small sized bubbles into a sludge; and replacing oxygen used by aerobic bacteria by maintaining the small sized bubbles distributed in the sludge, thereby increasing transference number of the side surface oxygen, wherein an average size of the small sized bubbles is 0.1 to 1.0 mm, the small sized bubbles are maintained in the sludge for 10 to 12 hours, the small sized bubbles are produced by flowing the air into the expansion chamber through an orifice, and then into the sludge, and the small sized bubbles are produced and distributed by an air tube for flowing the surrounding air into a propeller stirring means which is rotated in a high speed.</p> |
