<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety confirmation system on the occurrence of disaster, by which safety of victims within a disaster area is confirmed by using a portable phone on the occurrence of a big disaster, such as an earthquake and a typhoon. SOLUTION: A disaster occurrence state message transmission means 7 transmits a message, to confirm the safety of people using portable phones 1 to the portable phones 1, whose position is registered within a disaster area and suppresses communication by the portable phones 1 whose position is registered within the disaster area. A reply message recording means 8 records the messages replied by people using the portable phones, in response to the reception of the safety confirmation message, while being made to correspond to the numbers of the portable phones. A message transmission means 9 transmits a message responded by the people, using the portable phones recorded in the reply message recording means when receiving the call from the portable phones 1, whose position is registered within the disaster area.</p> |
