PURPOSE: A light interrupting plate in a roof of a vehicle is provided to prevent increase of indoor temperature by heating a roof with overlapping isolating plates on the roof of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A first heat isolating plate is made of material having low thermal conductivity. A second heat isolating plate is mounted in the lower part of the first isolating plate to interrupt heat absorbed by the first isolating plate. The gap is formed between the first heat isolating plate and the second heat isolating plate. A second air passage is placed in the lower part of a first air passage to flow air. The increase of indoor temperature is prevented in outdoor parking with forming the first heat isolating plate and the second heat isolating plate individually and an air cooling isolating plate to ventilate.
