<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a waste ozone gas treatment apparatus capable of reducing the energy required in pyrolysis and capable of meeting the demand of the protection of environment. SOLUTION: A dryer 1 for dehumidifying waste ozone gas is provided between an ozone contact tank 7 and a pyrolysis device 6. Dehumidifying/ adsorbing columns 3A, 3B and four-way valves 2A, 2B are provided in the dryer 1. The decomposed gas discharged from the pyrolysis device 6 is supplied to the dehumidifying/adsorbing columns 3A, 3B from a pipeline 10 and the four-way valves 2A, 2B and alternately dehumidified to be discharged to the atmosphere. By this constitution, moisture contained in the waste ozone gas supplied to the pylolysis device 6 from the ozone contact tank 7 is removed to reduce the required quantity of heat in the pyrolysis device 6.</p> |
