<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DBF radar device suppressing a lowering of resolution of a target in a long distance while suppressing the amount of operation. SOLUTION: This DBF radar device is provided with a receiving array antenna having a plurality of element antennas, and detects the direction of the target by applying DBF synthesizing processing to receive signals obtained through each of a plurality of element antennas, to form and scan antenna beams. In the DBF radar device, the scanning pitch angle of DBF synthesizing processing for detecting the target in a long distance is smaller than the scanning pitch angle of DBF synthesizing processing for detecting the target in a short distance.</p> |
