PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device for felt, which has a simplified production process, improve productivity, and prevents the deterioration of working environment due to fuzz of a cut face or dust. SOLUTION: A receiving base 12 has suction ports 12b at predetermined positions and a felt material 9 is placed. A laser beam cutting device 11 cuts the felt material 9 into a predetermined form by radiating a laser beam upon the located felt material 9. A suction device 13 sucks the felt material 9 through the suction ports 12b of the receiving base 12 when the felt material 9 is cut.
