<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use stored picture data without any waste, and also easily transmit the picture data to a plurality of destinations in a digital processing apparatus. SOLUTION: This digital processing apparatus is provided with a picture file storing part 13 for storing picture data in each picture file and a file control part 11 for controlling the handling of stored picture data according to a request transmitted from a client on a network 2. In this case, the picture file storing part 13 is provided with a folder 14 in which the picture data are stored so as to be classified, and attribute information including the address of the client being the distribution destination of the stored picture data can be registered. Then, when new picture data are stored in the folder 14, a prescribed information is notified to each registered distribution destination by a notifying means.</p> |
