<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rational repair method for a sewer and a lateral in a joint between the sewer and the lateral constituting a pipe. SOLUTION: The repair part is provided with a saddle 4a arranged along the inner peripheral face of the sewer 1 and a cylindrical part 4b substantially arranged along the inner peripheral face of the lateral. A repair member 4 provided with a circular sealing packing 5 at the saddle 4a and the cylindrical part 4b is fitted to the joint 3 of the sewer 1 and the lateral 2. Thereafter, an uncured lining material 6 is inserted in the sewer 1, and it is expanded by air pressure to bring it into close contact with the inner peripheral face of the sewer 1, and at the same time, the saddle 4a is brought into close contact with the inner peripheral face of the sewer 1. And then, the lining material 6 for repairing the sewer 1 is cured. Further, an opening 7 is formed at a position corresponding to the lateral 2. Moreover, an uncured lining material 8 for repairing the lateral is inserted inside the lateral 2 and expanded by air pressure to bring it into close contact with the inner peripheral face of the lateral 2 and the inner peripheral face of the cylindrical part 4b respectively. Subsequently, the lining material 8 for repairing the lateral is cured to repair the sewer 1 and lateral 2.</p> |
