<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the formation of defects in a film after anodic oxidation dyeing ad to suppress the generation of white spots accompanying the reflection of light. SOLUTION: This pellicle frame has a composition containing, by weight, 5.1 to 6.1% Zn, 2.1 to 2.9% Mg, 1.2 to 2.0% Cu and 0.18 to 0.28% Cr, furthermore containing <=0.20% Ti or <=0.20% Ti and <=0.02% B, and the balance Al with impurities, in which the inevitable impurities include <=0.20% Fe, <=0.07% Si, <=0.30% Mn, <=0.01% V and <=0.01% Zr (wherein, Ti+Zr: <=0.20%), the other elements are contained respectively by <=0.05% and totally by <=0.15%, and among crystallized products, the average value of the diameter equivalent to a circle of those with the diameter equivalent to a circle of >=1μm is <5μm, and also, the area ratio occupied by the crystallized products of >=1μm is <5%.</p> |
