PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas hydrate dehydration apparatus in which efficient continuous dehydration of the slurry-like gas hydrate is performed and the dehydrated product is took out. SOLUTION: A conveyer used for dehydration process 36 comprising a belt 35 wound and moved on a roller 34 is disposed. A plurality of dehydration mechanisms 37 for the slurry-like methane hydrate MH carried on the conveyer 36 are disposed at a specified distance in the transfer direction. Each dehydration mechanism 37 comprises a pair of dehydration drums 41 disposed on both front and back surfaces of the belt 35. The dehydration drums 41 and the belt 35 are made of stainless steel plates with mesh. The slurry-like methane hydrate MH is fed between the dehydration drums 41 nipped and the surface of the methane hydrate MH is pressed on the drums 41. Water contained in the slurry- like methane hydrate MH is thereby squeezed out from the surfaces of the dehydration drums 41 directly or through the belt 35.
