PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously concentrate particulate matter(PM) burn them, to be easily attached to a conventional device, reduce the whole cost, and 100% treat the particulate matter(PM) in a particulate matter remover (DPF) for diesel engine exhaust gas. SOLUTION: Exhaust gas including the particulate matters (PM) is sieved by a filter comprising a wire gauze a lot of fine pores and/or fine slits bored therein. Most of the exhaust gas is continuously separated from a cyclone to the outside and the residual particulate matter is concentrated in an outlet. The concentration of the particulate matter can facilitate the burning process. The extremely fine particulate matter passing through the fine pores and fine slits of the filter is heated and/or catalytically combusted so as to be burnt in the filter. |
