PURPOSE: An Internet advertising service system is provided to offer a high cognitive advertising service to users by outputting an advertisement to the horizontal or vertical scroll bar of a window and connecting a corresponding advertising site according to a user's request. CONSTITUTION: An advertising client(100) receives an advertisement for a specific site and connection information from an advertising server and outputs the advertisement to a scroll bar(S810). In case that the user selects the connection part(LnK) of the advertisement output on the scroll bar(S820), the advertising client(100) drives a web browser(S830) and directly accesses the selected advertising site using the connection information(S840). Then the advertising client(100) receives the advertising site or advertisement(S850).
