PURPOSE: A meat roaster is provided to actively supply combustion air, to stop generation of polluted gas by incomplete combustion and to prevent the meat from being directly roasted by fire. CONSTITUTION: A meat roasting device comprises a support member(20) forming a through hole(22); a receive member(30) inserted to the through hole; a grill(80) placing an upper face of the support member; a far-infrared ray/radiant heat radiation member(70) contained in the receive member; a body(40) integrally protruding a fit protrusion(46); a through hole mounted in the middle of a floor face of the body; plural insert holes to install an isolation bar on an outer circumference of the through hole; plural main combusting hole formed on outer circumference of the insert hole; an auxiliary combusting hole(45) mounted on an outer circumference of the main combusting hole; a support plate(50) press-fit in the body to form a space unit(35) between the main and the auxiliary combusting holes; a separation prevent member(56) installed on an upper portion of the body; an install unit(62) curved inside to welding-fix an upper face of the separation prevent member; and a cover(60) forming plural fixing protrusions(64).
