PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wastewater treatment apparatus capable of economically and efficiently decomposing a floating oils and fats component in sewage. SOLUTION: Partition walls are vertically arranged in a tank to demarcate the tank into a sewage inflow chamber, an oils and fats floating chamber and a cleaned water taking-out chamber and the respective chambers are allowed to communicate with each other through the bottom of the tank. A collection basket of impurities is provided in the sewage inflow chamber and a water stream generation pipe for fluidizing the floating oils and fats component is disposed in the upper part of the oils and fats floating chamber and a trap for taking out cleaned water is disposed in the cleaned water taking-out chamber, and an inflow receiver of the floating oils and fats component and a circulating pump of the inflow floating oils and fats component are arranged in the oils and fats floating chamber and/or the cleaned water taking-out chamber to circulate the floating oils and fats component with respect to the water stream generation pipe. At this time, the water stream generation pipe to the floating oils and fats components is formed into an L-shape, a U-shape or a square shape.
