<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board capable of surely removing noises and reducing the side terminals of a chip capacitor in inductance. SOLUTION: A wiring board 100 is equipped with a large number of chip capacitors 113 built in a core board 110. The chip capacitors 113 are laterally and longitudinally disposed like a grid so as to enable currents each flowing through the opposed and adjacent side-surface terminals 115 of the adjacent capacitors 113 to flow in opposite directions. Therefore, inductances each induced in the adjacent side-surface terminal 115 are made to cancel each other, so that the side-surface terminals 115 can be reduced in inductance.</p> |
