PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate money trouble between a buyer side and a media side by securely managing the money concerned in a distribution contract between the buyer side and media side when the distribution contract is mediated. SOLUTION: A buyer 208 when register should buy ADP and when contents are distributed, ADP is decreased by a quantity matching the contents. The side of media 212 is able to receive ADP when it is permitted to be the distribution destination of the contents. The cost for the publication of the contents is all managed with imaginary ADP, so money trouble can be minimized. The buyer 208 and media 212 neither pay nor receive money directly, so the outflow of a credit number can be limited. |
