INK JET PRINTER HEAD AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet printer head which can be used under stable conditions for a long time without degradation of piezoelectric member and without change in quality of ink when electrically conductive inks such as water-based ink are used. SOLUTION: An organic polymer insulation film 16 with good adhesion strength and excellent bonding quality is formed on a substrate which composes a pressure chamber 13 by vapor deposition polymerization. As an electrode 7 which does not exist on the same plane can be coated well by this process, the ink jet printer head 1 can be used under stable conditions for a long time without degradation of the piezoelectric members 2, 3 and without change in quality of the ink when electrically conductive inks such as water-based ink are used.
