PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar panel electric-power generating system which comprises an easily manufactured solar cell module 12, while being accessable for reconfiguration at an arbitrary time. SOLUTION: The solar cell module 12 comprises a printed circuit board medium which comprises an interconnection path of a prescribed pattern; a plurality of solar cells 16 which are arrayed in matrix on the printed circuit board medium and connected with the interconnection path of the prescribed pattern; and an integrated circuit 14, which comprises a program for specifying a sub-pattern reconfigurable from the interconnection path of the prescribed pattern.
