摘要 <p>A method for measuring the temperature of a permanent magnet synchronous motor of a hybrid power automobile comprising: embedding group A and group B, two sets of temperature sensors, at the end portion of the three-phase winding of a permanent magnet synchronous motor. Group A comprises three sensors connected in parallel for measuring the temperature of the winding of each phase, and group B comprises three sensors connected in series for measuring the rate of temperature change. The signals from the two groups of temperature sensors are processed by a motor controller and are fed back separately to a whole vehicle controller via CAN communication. When any of the two feedback values reaches the set value of whole vehicle failure, the CAN communication reports the motor overheating failure, and the whole vehicle controller controls the motor to cutoff high voltage electricity in time to protect the motor. The temperature sensors in the present invention are arranged logically and measure temperature with multiple methods, thus able to monitor and control the temperature of the motor timely and precisely, diagnose the motor overheating failure effectively and take action, thereby improving the safety of the motor and the whole vehicle failure diagnostic capability.</p>
