PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a financial product sales method by which it is proved that a seller of a financial product sufficiently explains important items of the financial product to a customer and the customer sufficiently understands the explanation when the financial product is sold and bought through a network. SOLUTION: By this financial product sales method, the financial product is sold to the client through the network and at a request from the client, image information including the contents of the financial article and explanatory sentences explaining the possibility of disadvantage accompanying the purchase of the financial product is sent. Further, guide information guiding the operation for making the client understand the possibility of the disadvantage through mediation by a 3rd party is also sent. Furthermore, the understanding by the client is confirmed through the 3rd party and then a procedure for selling the financial product to the client is followed. |
