PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding material or molded article with excellent low- temperature impact strength, with a loess amount of an impact modifier, and to provide a method suppressing the reduction of low-temperature impact strength by a plasticizer in a plastticized molding material. SOLUTION: This material contains 60-96.5 pts. mass (I) a polyamide, 3-39.5 pts.mass (II) an acid anhydrid group containing impact-resistant component, and 0.5-20 pts.mass (III) a copolymer, when the total sum of pts.wt. of components I, II, and III is 100, wherein the polyamide has terminal amino groups in excess over the terminal carboxyl groups.
