<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sun visor for vehicle having a construction causing little grease leakage, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The sun visor for vehicle comprises a sun visor body 2 made of a foamed material, and a bearing member 3 arranged inside the sun visor body 2. The sun visor body 2 has an oil leakage preventing zone 20. The oil leakage preventing zone 20 is formed by melting and/or compressing one portion of the sun visor body 2.</p> |
