PURPOSE: An apparatus for guiding a bus station using voice/character is provided to guide information about a destination and a bus station to a passenger by using voices and characters. CONSTITUTION: An input switch portion(100) is used for inputting a signal for guiding a destination or a bus station. A control portion(110) is used for controlling signal data of a predetermined program according to the signal inputted from the input switch portion(100) and outputting a control signal. A display portion is used for displaying characters according to the control signal of the control portion(110). A bus service route storage portion(130) is used for storing voice data indicating the destination and the bus station corresponding to a multitude of bus service route according to the control signal of the control portion(110). A voice guide portion(140) is used for filtering and amplifying the stored voice data and outputting the voice data to a speaker(150).
