PURPOSE: Provided is an inhibition method of calcinosis using FKBP-12 protein. When recombinant FKBP-12 protein or pcDNA3-FKPB-12 vector is treated and administered to mammal animals, it inhibits the formation of the oxalate effectively without effecting the expression of an inflammatory gene and not producing an anti-FKPB antigen. The FKBP-12 is used in treating the accumulation of oxalate including urelithiasis, hyeroxalemia, calcium oxalate and hypercalciuria. CONSTITUTION: pET 28a-FKBP-12 vector over-expresses FKBP-12 gene. E. coli(E. coli, DH5 alpha(pET28a-FKBP12), KFCC-11184) is obtained by transforming with pET28a-FKBP-12. pcDNA3-FKBP-12 vector expresses FKBP-12 gene, and a recombinant protein, FKBP-12, is produced by over-expression in the transformed E. coli strain(E. coli, DH5 alpha(pET28a-FKBP12), KFCC-11184) above.
