PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the advertisement data for users by efficiently collecting the advertisement data from sponsors. SOLUTION: A sponsor sends the advertisement data to a WWW server 10 from a terminal 14, and the WWW server 10 sends the advertisement data to a user terminal 12 through the communication network such as the Internet. Advertisement rates in relation the sponsor is change in response to the sending time zone, and a charge to the user is also changed in response to the sending time zone. Advertisement rates and charge can be increased or decreased in response to the number of access. |
