PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window plate material with a frame material, the frame material having an outer periphery formed with an angular portion of small radius of curvature. SOLUTION: After a frame material body 12a is integrated on the peripheral edge of the window plate material 11, a lip portion 12c is placed on a heating block 20 to form a space approximately corresponding to a lip extension portion 12d with an inner wall of the heating block 20 and the lip portion 12c. The space is filled with an extension portion forming resin material 12f and then an upper press member 25 is pushed against the lip portion 12c and the extension portion forming resin material 12f before the resin material 12f is heated and melted to form the lip extension portion 12d integrally on the outer periphery of the lip portion 12c.
