PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for generating active energy are provided to continuously generate energy with a specified frequency from a specified substance while an excited energy level is restored to a normal state by exciting the energy and raising the energy level. CONSTITUTION: An energy exciting unit(14) exciting energy with a specified frequency is formed on an energy emission unit(15) emitting the energy emitted for a predetermined time when exciting the energy with a specified frequency. A method for generating active energy comprises programming a frequency, an energy amount and an exciting time correspondent to the energy level of an emission substance; inputting the program to a process control terminal(11); operating and inspecting the energy exciting unit(14) automatically controlled by a process control computer(12) responding to the process control terminal(11); performing a shipping inspection(17) process, and operating a conveyor system(16) interlocked with the energy exciting unit(14) by a time control unit(13). |
