PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support sales promotion by making exact guidance and following processing on the site of presentation such as exhibition while effectively utilizing client information. SOLUTION: A presentation site (2), where the exhibition is held, and a data center (1) are connected by the Internet (3), the client information is retrieved from the database of a client information managing terminal (11) in the data center and reported from a receiving terminal (22) on the presentation site to a presenter on the job site, and information on visitors on that day is inputted from the job site to the client information managing terminal (11) and added to the database. Then, letters of appreciation are immediately distributed to the visitors by mail or FAX, mail is transferred to a person in charge of business at the same time, and the items of visitors to be reported to the headquarter of business are prepared. |
