SOLUTION: This estimate processing server 110 registers the contents of the request for estimate, for example, when the request for estimate is given by the customer P who asks the estimate, and transmits an electronic mail informing the existence of the request for estimate to terminals 131, 132 of estimate respondents belonging to a section indicated by the customer P through a route.
