PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that whether a customer has an interest in a commodity or not is not sufficiently reflected on business support information and that business support information is not sufficient for utilizing it for business. SOLUTION: A business support system is constituted of a Web server 20, a moving picture server 30 (server computer), a customer PC (customer computer) 40 and a sales outlet PC 50 (manager computer). The Web server 20 is provided with a business support information generating means clocking the output time of streaming data and generating business support information for each customer in accordance with the output time and a business support information output means outputting business support information to the sales outlet PC 50. Thus, the interest of the customer is sufficiently reflected on the streaming data and business support information useful for the manager of a sales outlet and the like can be supplied.
