PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display panel is provided to achieve a low resistant wiring by using Cu alloy for forming the wiring and reducing CuO or preventing oxidation of Cu. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display panel is constructed in such a manner that liquid crystal is injected into a space between the first substrate on which a plurality of data lines and gate lines are formed, intersecting each other, and the second substrate. At least one side of the data lines and gate lines is formed of an alloy of copper and a metal. Heat of metal oxide formation energy of the metal is larger than that of the copper. The metal is one of Ti, Cr, Ta, Mo, In, Sn and Al.
