<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which ensures receipt of signals from a remote controller, without damaging the appearance. SOLUTION: The air conditioner comprises a case for an indoor unit, a display panel which is disposed on the front surface of the case, for displaying operational conditions of the air conditioner, and a remote controller signal receiver which is arranged in the case, i.e., on the reverse side of the display panel. The display panel is formed with a half-mirror film, and the transmissivity of the half mirror film in the region that faces the receiver of the display panel is set higher than that of the other regions.</p> |
