PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver's seat floor structure for a forklift preventing intrusion of water into the vehicular inside of the forklift, and preventing the displacement of a floor mat. SOLUTION: Folding portions 11 are formed by downwardly folding side edges of the floor mat 1, and stepped portions 15 are formed on upper end portions of step portions 13 connected to side edge portions of a floor portion 63. When the floor mat 1 is placed on the floor portion 63, the folding portions 11 are fitted in the stepped portions 15, and the side edge portions of the floor portion 63 is enfolded by the folding portions 11, thereby preventing water from entering the floor portion 63.
