PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commerce system which quickly informs a user of the accurate date when a commodity is to be delivered, in response to inquiry from the user. SOLUTION: The electronic commerce system which performs transactions through a communication network is provided with a sale center terminal 20 which is a server device which manages transactions, and the sale center terminal is provided with communications means which communicates with a user terminal 10 of the user, a door-to-door delivery service company terminal 30 as a terminal of a trader delivering the commodity to the user, and a manufacturing factory terminal 40 as a terminal of a commodity maker to transmit and receive data for transactions, an acquisition part for information on the number days 22 which communicates the door-to-door delivery service company terminal 30 and the manufacturing factory terminal 40 to request and acquire information related to the commodity designated by the user in response to a request from the user terminal 10 of the user, and a number of days calculation part 23 which calculates the number of days up to delivery of the commodity to the user on the basis of information acquired from each terminal, and information of the appointed time of delivery calculated by the term calculation part 23, at which the commodity designated by the user is to be delivered to the user, is reported to the user terminal 10 of the user. |
