SOLUTION: When the date of an official trip, a departure point, and a destination are inputted to a browser (S206) and a retrieval button is pushed, a server executes a fare route calculating program 103a (S404 and S406), obtains retrieved results, and selects the route actually used from among the retrieval results (S212). When a button for application is depressed for immediate application, the electronic document stuuck with the retrieval result is generated (S219). The electronic document is checked, based on work information (to check inconsistencies such as paid holidays being shown in the work information, while an official trip is described on the electronic document on the same day) (S304). When inconsistencies are found as a result of the check, an alarm message window is displayed (S308). |
