PURPOSE: A fan and air guide assembly is provided to reduce weight of air guide and costs by eliminating a hood from the configuration, while significantly reducing noise caused due to the high speed rotation of the blade. CONSTITUTION: A fan and air guide assembly comprises a fan(10) including a hub(11) coupled to a rotating shaft(31) of a motor(30), a plurality of blades(12) arranged along the outer periphery of the hub, and a band(13) for connecting ends of the blades; and an air guide(40) having a housing(41) for preventing the air guide from contacting the blade. The housing is bent outward at the band, and has a bent point(a) corresponding to a line(L) extended from an end of the band. The housing has a linear section formed between the bent point and an end(b) of the housing.
