PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a failure diagnostic device capable of classifying failure of a target device into each type and showing an inspection procedure. SOLUTION: In this failure diagnostic device, a failure code and use frequency history data are recorded in a failure history recorder, occurrence probability of the failure type such as initial type failure, contingent type failure or abrasion type failure is extracted from the use frequency history data and a failure occurrence factor when the failure code occurs by a service tool, the failure occurrence factor with the highest occurrence probability and the failure type thereof are displayed, and the inspection procedure is displayed in order of the high occurrence probability. |
