SOLUTION: This liquid crystal display is provided with a pixel area divided into a light reflex part and a light transmitting part on a surface on the side of a liquid crystal of one of the substrates to be oppositely arranged via the liquid crystal and a translucent first pixel electrode formed in the light reflex part and the light transmitting part, a material layer formed in large part of the light reflex part, an insulation layer the light transmitting part of which an opening is formed and a second pixel electrode commonly used as a reflection film formed in the light reflex part are formed in the pixel area by being successively laminated. |
