摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the denaturalization of a sample S as caused by the adhering of frost, oxidation, temperature changes and the like while speeding up the replacing work of an IP 20 (image plate) in the work of taking out the IP or replacing it as for a vacuum camera 1, in which the sample S to be measured in a vacuum vessel 30 is irradiated with X rays and the diffraction X rays generated are detected and measured with the IP 20 set in the same vacuum vessel. SOLUTION: An airtight vessel 10 movable with a control bar 11 is set in the vacuum vessel 30. To break the vacuum in the vacuum vessel 3 for the work of taking out or replacing the IP 20, the sample S is covered with the airtight vessel 10 in the vicinity thereof beforehand and working is carried out keeping the sample S in a vacuum in the vicinity thereof. This prevents the adhering of frost to the sample S cooled, the oxidation of the sample S heated or the like and realizes the inhibition of denaturalization due to temperature changes of the sample S while accomplishing the facilitating and speeding up of the IP replacing work.</p>
