PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the mount efficiency a switching circuit for complementary MOS transistors. SOLUTION: This invention provides the switching circuit for complementary MOS transistors(TRs) comprising a P-channel MOS TR 14 the source electrode and the drain electrode of which are connected between a power supply terminal and an output terminal and an N-channel MOS TR 17 the source electrode and the drain electrode of which are connected between the gate electrode of the P-channel MOS TR 14 and ground. The P-channel MOS TR 14 and the N-channel MOS TR 17 are contained in one package. |
