PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming irregularities on the surface of a resin having high adhesive strength to a potting material.SOLUTION: A method of forming irregularities comprises forming irregularities on surfaces of 31 to 33 of resin-made workpieces 2 and 3 having circular cross sections by a turning process and includes a spiral chevron forming step of forming spiral chevrons on the surface of a resin by moving a first cutting tool 7 at a constant feed rate and a raising step of plucking and splitting finely the spiral chevrons by a second cutting tool 8 with the tip of the edge crushed preliminarily. |
