FIELD: fat and oil industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fat and oil industry. Morus nigra seed oil is produced by method of supercritical fluid carbon dioxide extraction at the temperature of 35-40 °C, pressure of 300-350 atm during 50-60 minutes.Morus nigra seed oil obtained by said method is characterised by ratio of content of unsaturated fatty acids to content of saturated fatty acids, which is equal to 6.5. Fatty acid content of oil Morus nigra: palmitoleic acid (C16:1Δ9) - 0.12 %, palmitic acid (C16:0) - 8.78 %, linoleic acid (C18:2Δ9.12) - 78.97 %, oleic acid (C18:1Δ9) - 6.50 %, cis-octadecenic acid (C18:1Δ6) - 1.01 %, stearic acid (C18:0) - 4.63 %.EFFECT: invention allows to produce oil with high content of unsaturated fatty acids.2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 7 ex |
