<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and durable endoscope device whose wires are not broken. SOLUTION: The endoscope 1 provided with an endoscope 10 and a processor 30 is provided with a coil tube 22 and a draw wire 23 for varying the flexibility of an insertion part flexible tube 11c, a driving motor 27 for drawing the wire 23, and a tension sensor 29 for detecting tension applied to the wire 23. When a tension value detected by the sensor 29 reaches a limit value set in advance, the CPU 35 of the processor 30 stops (prohibits the operation of) the motor 27 and sounds an electronic buzzer 34 to warn that the wire 23 is drawn to the maximum.</p> |
