PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tweezers for bipolar electrocoagulation which can control the flowing out of physiological saline, etc., from the front ends of the tweezers by means of a cylinder fixed to the internal wall surface of the tweezers. SOLUTION: This tweezers 1 for bipolar electrocoagulation having two arms which are insulated from each other, urged so that their front ends may always be opened, and constituted to coagulate the tissue of a blood vessel, etc., by conduction when the front ends hold the tissue between them are constituted in such a way that the cylinder 5 having one introducing port 9 and one or more supplying pots 11 is fixed to one internal wall of the two arms and an introducing tube 4 for physiological saline, etc., injected by means of a gravity-drop type pressurizing apparatus, pump, etc., is connected to the introducing port 9. In addition, supplying pipes 6 for physiological saline, etc., which are opened to the front ends of the tweezers 1 are connected to the supplying ports 11 and a plurality of pistons A (7) and B (8) is incorporated in the cylinder 5 so that, when a person brings the arms closer to each other or separates the arms from each other by grasping the tweezers 1, the internal walls of the arms may be engaged with the pistons A and B repulsively protruded from the cylinder 5 and may control the flowing out of the physiological saline, etc. |
