METHOD FOR INJECTING RESIN FOR VARIABLE PAD FOR TRACK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for injecting a resin for a variable pad for a track which makes parallel injection work possible without always being attended by an operator and can pack an adhesive of constant quality in each variable pad. SOLUTION: An opening/closing valve 12 for opening/closing an inflow/ outflow opening 15 is provided. A resin liquid A is injected from the outside into a distribution-injector 2 in which a curing agent B is housed in a volume- variable cylinder chamber 23 by a high pressure pump to mix the resin liquid A with the curing agent B. After a resin agent (A+B) for one bag of the variable pad 1 is stored under a high pressure, the distribution-injector 2 is connected to the variable pad 5 placed on the track, and the resin agent (A+B) is pressurized and injected by the movement of a piston 20 in the cylinder chamber 23.
