The proposed mixture comprises 70-80% by mass of sand and 20-30% by mass of cement. Typically the cement is of the fast-setting type, with compressive strength of 45-55 N/mm squared. The sand should be a mixture of minimum 22 % by mass of maximum 1 mm sized fine sand and maximum 55 % by mass of 1-4 mm sized coarse sand. The prepared mixture is packaged and delivered to the point of use or stored. |
