PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the safe and certain thermal degeneration part of a treatment region without forming an unnecessary thermal degeneration region for thermally degenerating normal-tissue shifted from the treatment region. SOLUTION: The intensity of irradiation of an ultrasonic irradiator 7 is successively weakened on the basis of the reflection detection value of reflected waves by an ultrasonic sensor 9 receiving the reflected waves emitted from the ultrasonic irradiator 7 and, when the reflection detection value reaches a final predetermined value, the irrediation of the ultrasonic irradiator 7 is stopped to perform irradiation treatment not forming the unnecessary thermal degeneration region shifted from the treatment region.
