PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing device which can prevent any load collapse. SOLUTION: In the packing device comprising a pair of cushioning members 4 and 5 having a recessed part 2 for storing and holding a side part of an indoor unit 1 on one side and a handle part 3 on the other side, a sleeve-like exterior corrugated fiberboard 6 for storing these members, and a band 7 for regulating the movement of the cushioning members 4 and 5 stored in the exterior corrugated fiberboard 6, a recessed part 4a is formed on the upper right and lower left parts of an outer side of the cushioning member 4, and a projecting part 4b is formed on the upper right and lower left parts thereof. On the other hand, a recessed pat 5a is formed on the upper right and lower left parts of an outer side of the cushioning member 5, and a projecting part 5b is formed on the upper left and lower right parts thereof. Load collapse can be prevented by respectively fitting the recessed part 4a to the projecting part 5a, and the projecting part 4b to the recessed part 5a facing each other with the direction of the packing device arranged when a plurality of sets of packed articles are loaded on a pallet. |
