PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lease contract support system that can unitarily manage information by linking a salesperson of a lease object sales company and a representative of a lease company together on a one-to-one basis on the Web. SOLUTION: A lease support server 1 has credit and lease rate information on each customer and lease contract history information on each customer in the form of a database, and a lease company terminal 3 and a lease company terminal 4 can access the lease support server 1 via an intracompany LAN and the Internet respectively. Lease object sales company terminals 5 and 6 can access the lease support server 1 via the Internet. A salesperson of a lease object sales company is allowed to use a lease contract inquiry menu on the Web only when logging in with an assigned ID and password. The ID is related on a one-to-one basis to a representative of a lease company, and when the salesperson of the lease object sales company makes an inquiry on the Web, an electronic mail is transmitted to a mail address of the representative.
